Citrix Consultant

The scope of this engagement is for a technical resource to provide support for efforts to merge legacy Citrix environments, upgrading of existing environments to current releases, providing day to day support of the Citrix environment, and any other Citrix related projects.

• Provide technical support onsite to Applications and Systems and appropriate project specifications.
• Responsible for efforts to merge legacy Citrix environments.
• Upgrading of existing environments to current releases.
• Providing day to day support of the Citrix environment.
• Any other Citrix related projects.
• Management of hosted shared desktops as well as VDI.
• Monitor the availability and performance of supported applications. Review system and application logs.
• Lead periodic maintenance activities for the site related to application and OS patching activities.
• Perform problem management analysis and activities.
• Triage issues and escalate it to other internal IT groups and IT Development teams as needed.
• Manage proper system documentation and regularly review and maintain the IT knowledge base to improve overall customer experience.

• Monday to Friday (4PM-1AM; Manila time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.
