About the Role – Junior Key Account Manager

The Jr. Key Account Manager will help grow Salmon’s merchant network by onboarding new partners, managing existing accounts, and driving sales initiatives. You will conduct market research, support internal projects, create business reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of merchant programs. Your role is key in expanding Salmon’s market presence and strengthening partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for onboarding new small to medium merchant partners
  • Facilitate market research on how we can further increase our footprint in assigned segments.
  • Manage internal projects to ensure that Salmon achieves utmost growth potential
  • Open partnerships with new merchant partners.
  • Collect onboarding requirements and contracts to ensure proper merchant onboarding in compliance to company policies.
  • Build engagement and open partnerships with potential partners for Salmon products.
  • Create and facilitate business report reviews with merchant partners.
  • Maintain and manage existing accounts to ensure that Salmon will be a top-of-mind financing partner in the stores.
  • Initiate marketing promos to improve Salmon sales with assigned merchant partners.
  • Ensure utmost expansion with existing partners to increase Salmons market share.
  • Manage new projects to increase Salmons sales and market share
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are implemented successfully.
