Skills

• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word)
• Motion graphic design ability (After Effects & Premiere Pro) desirable
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaign experience
• High English language proficiency (active written/spoken communication and comprehension)
• Sensitive to design trends/innovations - ability to translate trends into projects
• Detail oriented - Distinguish design details, basic typos, space, punctuation, etc.
• Problem solving - Interpret data and apply logic to make decisions, work smart and efficiently.
• Strong visual communication skills - identifying key points and message to highlight
  
  

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor degree in Graphic design or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years working experience in Graphic design work field
• Ability to apply fundamental graphic design principles such as colour theory, layout, space and typography eg.
• Choosing fonts that work together harmoniously, align and style text so that it is on-brand.
• Develop an information hierarchy that brings the proper amount of focus to each part of the copy.
• Understanding of the design process and the ability to execute a project from concept to completion.
• Comfortable preparing artwork for various output requirements such as digital, offset printing, interactive pdfs
• A fabulous online portfolio is a must

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills - listen actively and interpret non-verbal cues
• Understand and interpret written briefs from clients
• Willing to continuously learn and up-skill
  
  

Responsibilities

• Creating graphic designs for marketing materials (logo, banners, digital marketing assets, emailer, presentations, booklet, brochure and social media)
• Preferably strong logo designer
• Simple gif animations
• Establish and follow brand guidelines
• Optimising graphics for print and web
• Executing multiple projects at a time
• Completing all projects in a timely manner
  
  

Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm PH time

Work Location: WFH
