Rapid Response: Identify and implement "quick fixes" for production issues whenever possible to minimize downtime.
Incident Lifecycle Management: Log the detailed sequence of events for every incident, update ticket statuses in real-time, and prepare comprehensive post-incident reports and documentation.
Strategic Escalation: Know exactly when to escalate complex incidents to the next level of support, ensuring that the right expertise is applied at the right time.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with other TDS staff and cross-functional teams to resolve multifaceted technical challenges.
System Maintenance: Handle the installation of software and hardware products, including hands-on network troubleshooting, patching, and tracing network lines.
User Empowerment: Support our global team using remote tools (VNC, DameWare, Remote Desktop) and manage Active Directory user and computer accounts.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively monitor latest TDS trends and technologies to recommend practices that more effectively utilize Allegro’s IT resources.

The Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in IT maintenance and a minimum of 2 years specifically in a Production Support role.
The "Under Pressure" Mindset: A proven ability to make sound decisions and work independently under pressure in a manufacturing or high-stakes environment.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to easily relate to and collaborate with people at all levels of the organization.
Technical Versatility: Knowledge of Windows environments (XP and higher), Active Directory, and modern ticketing systems like Service Desk.
