Key Responsibilities And Scope

Investor Onboarding

• Assist investors with the registration process on our platform
• Manage KYC and AML compliance processes
• Facilitate the signing of required documentation
  
  

Capital Call Management

• Coordinate capital calls and ensure timely transfer of funds
• Communicate with investors regarding capital call schedules and requirements
• Ensure capital event documentation is accurately recorded on client portfolios across platforms
  
  

Ongoing Investment Management

• Monitor and manage ongoing capital calls throughout the investment lifecycle
• Work with platform partners to ensure timely information flow and updates
• Address and resolve post-trade queries from investors regarding their holdings
  
  

Operational Efficiency

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, aligned with our values of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
• Support the rollout of new systems and technologies.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM Manila Time
  
  

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
