Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations Specialist to manage the financial operations, investment accounting, and grant-posting activities for our Donor-Advised Funds (DAF). This role serves as a critical bridge between accounting, investment data management, and operational workflows.The ideal candidate will project-manage our investment reconciliation activities, oversee data inflows from customers and banking transactions, and manage daily incoming requests through our centralized portal. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess deep investment accounting expertise, and are an expert in QuickBooks Online, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project-manage investment accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple portfolios and accounts.
• Perform daily and monthly investment account reconciliations between custodian statements and internal ledgers.
• Collect, monitor, and audit investment account statements from various financial institutions.
• Oversee and validate data inflows from customer platforms, banking portals, and external financial transactions.
• Manage, process, and triage daily incoming requests through the centralized operations portal.
• Maintain data integrity across accounting systems and operational databases.
• Monitor the posting, tracking, and reconciliation of grant payment activities and distributions.
• Collaborate with donor services, operations, and banking partners.
• Prepare clear and concise financial and investment updates for management.
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on investment accounting and financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Investment accounting
• Investment vehicles
• Custodian data
• Account reconciliation principles
• Financial operations
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and high-volume data streams.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience working with Donor-Advised Funds (DAF).
• Experience in non-profit accounting.
• Experience using investment tracking software.
• Experience with centralized ticketing or operations portals.

Work Arrangement - Remote

Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
