What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Internal Mobility Specialist within our Operations division. This position falls under our corporate line of business and is located in the Philippines. In this role, you will manage all internal recruiting and offer processes. You will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and regularly collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners.

As an Internal Mobility Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing all internal job movements and internal offer processes
  • Partnering with senior-level leaders to fill internal roles
  • Communicating with internal candidates throughout the mobility process
  • Ensuring consistency and compliance across internal hiring practices
  • Supporting additional talent and HR-related projects

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills
