Responsibilities

Control Testing & Assurance

• Plan and execute control testing engagements based on the approved risk plan and testing methodology
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls across business, operational, and technology processes
• Document testing procedures, results, observations, and supporting evidence

Risk Oversight Support

• Coordinate testing schedules with business units and relevant stakeholders
• Identify control deficiencies, root causes, and risk implications
• Track remediation actions and validate closure of findings

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare clear, concise testing reports and dashboards for management and Risk Oversight Committee
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner

Framework Alignment

• Ensure testing activities align with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and risk taxonomy
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies, templates, and tools

Qualifications

Experience

• 2–3 years experience in internal controls testing, assurance, risk, compliance, or audit
• Experience from audit firms or financial institutions is an advantage

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field

Certifications

• Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CRMA, CISA, or similar) are an advantage but not required
