Role Summary

This role combines strong data analytics capability with flexibility to support core HR operations and culture initiatives. The position is designed for someone who can deliver insights through HR data while actively contributing to recruitment, engagement, and employee activities.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities

  • People Analytics (Primary Focus)
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring velocity, engagement scores).
  • Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights for workforce planning, compensation, and DEI metrics.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and compliance requirements.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across HR functions.
  • HR Operations Support
  • Assist in recruitment processes (e.g. Paper screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers, etc.)
  • Monitor performance management cycle completion and accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects, including HRIS automation and SOP updates.
  • Provide administrative support for compliance documentation, and other HR operations initiatives.
  • Culture & Engagement Activities
  • Track engagement survey results and prepare summaries.
  • Support DEI initiatives through data tracking and event coordination.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee activities (town halls, recognition programs, wellness events).
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and culture programs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in HR analytics, HRIS, business analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau; comfort with ATS/HRIS reporting.
  • Data cleaning, visualization, stakeholder storytelling, basic statistics; ability to turn analysis into simple, practical actions.
  • Curious, detail‑oriented, inclusive; comfortable shifting between solo analysis and people‑facing engagement work.
  • Encouraged to complete network‑approved people analytics courses

Working Norms

  • Cadence: Weekly velocity snapshot, monthly People Signals memo, quarterly engagement/DEI pack.
  • language visuals, clear definitions, actionable recommendations; zero critical compliance errors.
  • privilege access, anonymize and aggregate where appropriate, store audit trails.
