• Communicating with clients to gather information, update records, and identify/document gaps in supporting documents
• Analysing and verifying financial data to assess borrowing capacity and loan suitability, with clear compliance notes
• Preparing, packaging, and submitting loan applications (including NCCP documentation, statements of advice, valuations, pricing requests, and property reports)
• Liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and assessors to progress and finalise applications, manage exceptions, and resolve issues
• Monitoring applications daily, providing updates, and ensuring settlements are ready with all authorities in place
• Managing post-settlement processes, including client loan breakdowns, discharges, loan maintenance, and bi-annual reviews
• Driving workflow and process improvements to improve efficiency and client experience
• Collaborating with directors, brokers, and partners to ensure a seamless, first-class service from start to settlement
  
  

Your Qualifications & Skills For Success

• A genuine passion for broking and finance (Dip FMBM or Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in credit analysis and/or loan processing
• Experience required with Apply Online (AOL) to manage deals start to settlement
• Experience with CRMs such as Mercury, Flex, Symmetry, Podium, Sales trekker is beneficial
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads, and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of how to interpret complex income structures/financials and assess appropriate loan structuring options (highly regarded, especially understanding self employed financials)

• Homebased: Must have excellent internet 25MBPS both upload and download
• Schedule: 6AM - 3PM or 7AM - 4PM PH time
