Full Stack Developer Homebased

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a smart, independent, and resourceful developer who can work across various projects including admin panel development, AI automation implementation, and email system integrations. This role requires someone with strong technical skills combined with product management instincts and the ability to think independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across multiple business-critical systems
• Build and enhance our admin panel with high-performance interfaces and data visualization
• Implement AI-driven automations and workflows to streamline business processes
• Develop email integrations with Gmail and a custom dedicated email platform
• Collaborate with teams to identify technical opportunities and translate business requirements into solutions
• Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks
• Integrate with various APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Maintain code quality through best practices and documentation
• Take ownership of projects from conception through deployment
  
  

• Strong full-stack development experience with proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js preferred)
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a product-minded approach
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience with API integrations and database management
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and requirements
• Track record of delivering complete solutions, not just code
