Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Australia-based Head of Engineering, you will be a key member of the development team. Your mission is to build high-performance, user-friendly interfaces that drive company growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building Interfaces: Develop responsive, accessible, and visually stunning UIs using React and TypeScript based on design specifications.
• Optimizing Performance: Implement Next.js features such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) to boost SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborating: Partner closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to align technical execution with project goals.
• Maintaining Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code and engage in peer code reviews to ensure a 90%+ code quality score.
• Scaling Systems: Establish and evolve component library patterns and internal technical documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience with React, specifically focusing on component-based development and Hooks.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (including file routing and data fetching) and TypeScript.
• Web Fundamentals: Deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including advanced layouts using Flexbox and Grid.
• SEO Awareness: Solid knowledge of semantic HTML and image optimization to drive organic performance.
• Communication: Ability to read and write technical English documentation and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Mindset: A strong sense of ownership, attention to design detail, and a passion for staying current with frontend industry best practices.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with State Management tools such as Zustand or Redux.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows in a collaborative team setting.
• Previous experience in the E-commerce or Fashion industry.
