Engineering Manager

Client: Provides engineering, technical, professional, and construction services as well as scientific and specialty consulting

-Hybrid 
-Permanent
-Role to be based in the Mandaluyong office.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
-Serve as the primary liaison between GDC and lead office teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and communication protocols.
-Lead engineering planning and execution in collaboration with Project Managers, Design Leads, and discipline leads, maintaining accountability across all workstreams.
-Coordinate cross-discipline design efforts, ensuring technical integrity, timely delivery, and alignment with Jacobs delivery methodology and client expectations.
-Champion structured communication, early issue resolution, and consistent engagement across virtual and in-person teams.

Qualifications: 

-Proven experience in engineering leadership within large-scale infrastructure power or energy projects.
-Strong understanding of design management, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery frameworks.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
-Ability to drive structured planning, technical oversight, and continuous improvement across diverse teams.
-Commitment to innovation, team development, and delivering fit-for-purpose engineering solutions.
