Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Manager across a broad range of marketing activities that in turn drive company awareness and contribute to business growth through sales.
It will involve exposure to all areas of marketing, including supporting the planning and execution of campaigns, coordination of events, and management of social media platforms.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Contribution to campaign execution and project management
Assist with the coordination of product launches, including the company's promotional material, website updates, and communications
Assist with event and project management by coordinating webinars, seminars, tech events, and conferences, including promotion, logistics, and follow-up activities
Execute email marketing and outbound campaigns
Monitor and manage all social media platforms
Copywriting and developing messaging for content across all channels
Manage manual marketing reporting
Assist with maintaining and updating the company's website content via CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) to continuously optimise existing content and publish new content
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Assist with managing the Marketing inbox
General administration tasks as required
Compiling monthly marketing reports
Managing HubSpot for campaign setup, execution and ROI tracking
Experience, Skills & Competencies
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communication - nice to have
Design experience using Canva, InDesign & Photoshop
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge and experience in SEO and SEM best practice (desired)
Experience with HubSpot / marketing automation tools and setting up workflows
Digital/traditional marketing communications experience, including design, development and implementation of social media campaigns and content
Experience using WordPress (essential)
Experience in event management
Experience using Adobe creative suite programs particularly Indesign
Experience using ZoomInfo
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Work Schedule: 6am to 3pm PH, M to F
Work Location: Homebased
