Key Responsibilities

• Set up paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube) following detailed briefs and specifications
• Build, segment and maintain audience lists for client campaigns
• Implement campaign optimisations as directed by the UK team
• Monitor live campaigns and flag any issues or anomalies promptly
• Prepare performance reports and compile data for account managers
• Respond to internal queries and requests efficiently via collaboration tools
• Maintain accurate records of campaign setups and changes
• Stay informed about platform updates, new features and best practices
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience setting up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
• Working knowledge of at least three other paid social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with international or UK-based teams
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
• Experience with reporting dashboards or data visualisation tools
• Google Ads or programmatic advertising experience

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
