About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Deals & Underwriting Support Analyst (Real Estate) to support our U.S.-based commercial real estate investment sales team. This is an entry-level, execution-focused role responsible for deal setup, financial data entry, underwriting support, and file organization across multiple active transactions. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage many moving pieces at once. The ideal candidate is early in their finance career, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

Work hours: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT)

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

Your day-to-day will be a mix of data management, financial entry, and administrative precision:

• Deal Architecture: Set up and maintain clean, organized deal folders in Dropbox; manage complex file structures for large-scale portfolio deals.
• Data Underwriting Support: Extract and input financial data (Unit Mixes, P&Ls, Tax info, and Management history) from client documents into our underwriting models.
• Market Analysis: Download and integrate market data to support valuation efforts.
• CRM & Reporting: Close the loop on transactions by uploading finalized financials into Salesforce and creating Sales Support Packages (SSP).
• Multi-Tasking: Manage the administrative flow of multiple active deals simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.

What You Bring

Technical Skills:

• Excel Proficiency: You should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, inputting data, and understanding how formulas work.
• File Management: Expert-level organization skills within Windows and cloud storage (Dropbox).
• Tech-Savvy: Fast learner when it comes to new platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and web-based research.

Core Competencies:

• Non-Negotiable Accuracy: You have an "eagle eye" for errors. In this role, a transposed number can change a deals valuation.
• Organizational Prowess: You can track many moving pieces across various transactions without feeling overwhelmed.
• Accountability: You take pride in your work, own your mistakes, and are eager to implement feedback.

Education & Experience:

• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: This is an entry-level role. We welcome fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of professional experience.
