Job Summary

As a Data Conversion Coordinator specializing in supporting the Implementation and Data Conversion Teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for coordinating conversion activities, addressing customer inquiries, and managing data conversion tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Data Conversion Coordination:

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  
  

Data Conversion Management:

• Coordinate data conversion projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand data conversion requirements and specifications.
• Assisting the conversion engineers with gaining access to customer servers and installing RMM
• Monitor data conversion progress and communicate any issues or delays that arise during the process.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of converted data.
  
  

Documentation and Reporting:

• Generate reports on data conversion metrics and share with relevant teams and customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in support & conversion processes and services.
  
  

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Windows servers, SQL databases, and Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) tools.
• Experience with data conversion processes and familiarity with database systems (preferred).
• Proven experience in technical support or project management, preferably within a technology or software environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
