Data Analytics Specialist

Overview:

The Data Analytics Specialist will support the Customer Lifecycle Management and Sales teams in providing performance visibility and in deriving insights to steer the CLM and Sales teams in achieving targets.

What you will do:

• Find, analyze, and propose and report areas for improvement in customers’ journey with our bank and wallet products
• Regular and timely reporting on CLM and Sales performance
• Ad-hoc calculations of CLM, sales and bank related KPIs
• Coordination with the CLM and Sales teams and other stakeholders
• Automation Builds of reports
• Creation and delivery of performance decks

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in scripting using Excel, SQL and Python
• Experience and working understanding with bank products including deposits and lending products.
• Led or part of team that managed Customer Lifecycle
• Working knowledge in PowerBI, Tableau, Database Extraction
