Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide support
• Process purchase orders from sales inbox
• Manage product code and description reconciliation
• Handle stock inquiries and order status updates
• Provide customer service for resellers
• Manage administrative tasks during non-phone hours
  
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in email and order processing systems
• Ability to work 9am-6pm Sydney time
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Familiarity with sales order processing
• Comfortable with multicultural communication
  
  

Work Set-up: Homebased

Schedule: 7AM-4PM Manila Time
