Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Team Member to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by supporting the sales process from quote to delivery.

This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same—you’ll be tracking sales activity, preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with customers and internal teams. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
  • Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices
  • Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries
  • Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales and/or sales support
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
  • Interest in technology is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French)

Work Schedule

  • Homebased / Remote
  • 9pm - 6am MNL
