Job Description


  • Lead CSI activities for Beverage, Savory, and Sweets (which includes Bakery, Confectionery, and Oral Care) categories. Design and execute consumer, product, market, and sensory research studies to provide creative flavor direction and support strategic and client-based insights projects in the Philippines (e.g., consumer U&A studies, idea screening, concept testing, consumer language probes, sensory benchmarking, product use tests, emotion mapping, and consumer/sensory product validation tests).
  • Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative research tools, as well as analytical techniques, to generate new insights and identify new product and market opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer research and sensory data, interpret key findings, and translate them into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Build compelling, insight-driven stories and presentations for external stakeholders.
  • Serve as one of the key contacts for Regional CSI projects conducted in Southeast Asia and act as one of the regional representatives when it comes to Global development and deployment of new methods and best practices.
  • Assist and support the CSI Asia Leader on regional strategic research initiatives, including setting directions and learning plans for the Philippine Market.
  • Manage partnerships with external consumer insights agencies for large-scale research and validation projects, including oversight of fieldwork, data collection, and analytics throughout the study lifecycle.



Job Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer and Market Research within FMCG, Flavour & Fragrance house, or the Market Research industry. A background in Sensory Science is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of consumer and sensory test methodologies, including experience with relevant statistical tools and software (e.g., XLSTAT, SPSS, Compusense, Toluna or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience working with large consumer datasets, with strong skills in data interpretation, insight translation, and storytelling.
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to internal and external audiences.
  • Prior experience leading trained/expert sensory panels or external consumer panels, and working with market research agencies on questionnaire design, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; proactive, collaborative, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented and open, professional attitude.
