We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with a year or more of experience.

Requirements

• Review Full Client Profile
• Assess all submitted documents and data, including ID, income, employment/business proof, credit history, and references.
• Validate the Data
• Cross-check information gathered from field investigators, call center verification, and internal systems for consistency and completeness.
• Perform Risk and Compliance Checks
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, anti-fraud procedures, and regulatory KYC/AML requirements before approving applications.
• Assess Creditworthiness
• Analyze financial capacity, stability, and risk indicators to determine the applicant’s ability to repay the loan.
• Make Final Approval or Rejection Decision
• Based on full verification, approve qualified applications or reject those with red flags or insufficient data.
