Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT

Salary: 40000 PHP - 65000 PHP a month (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join our Sales & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Brand & Content Manager. This is a role for someone who thrives at the center of activity—the person who keeps launches on track.

This is where you’ll shine:

• Manage marketing operations, including inbox oversight, request prioritization, and administrative coordination.
• Support product launches by maintaining website pages and preparing technical and marketing documentation (datasheets, O&M manuals, ECO sheets).
• Coordinate external suppliers for renders, photography, and case studies while maintaining digital assets (BIM/DWG) and third-party platforms (NBS, Barbour ABI).
• Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring brand consistency and SEO alignment.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and branded merchandise sourcing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing coordination or product marketing
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Confidence collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience editing PDFs and marketing documents
• Practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic SEO principles

Bonus Points For

• Experience working with specification or construction platforms like NBS or Barbour ABI
• A qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
