Job Description

The Conversion Design Specialist supports clients by producing, updating, and optimizing high‑performing landing pages, donation pages, and conversion assets across platforms. This role is highly execution‑oriented and administrative, focused on implementing design updates, maintaining templates, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting rapid testing cycles. The specialist works closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure every conversion touchpoint is accurate, functional, and aligned with campaign goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and QA landing pages, donation pages, and form experiences using internal templates and platform tools (e.g., WordPress, Classy, HubSpot, custom builders). Execute design revisions, copy swaps, image updates, and layout adjustments based on internal briefs and stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintain a library of conversion templates, components, and design assets to support efficiency and consistency across Tier 1 accounts.
  • Ensure all conversion assets follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and nonprofit best practices.
  • Conduct routine QA checks for broken links, tracking issues, mobile responsiveness, and load speed.
  • Support A/B testing setup, including variant creation, tagging, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with media and analytics teams to ensure tracking, UTMs, and conversion events are implemented correctly.
  • Manage version control, file organization, and documentation for all conversion assets.
  • Assist with creative production tasks such as resizing images, exporting assets, or preparing files for upload.
  • Monitor performance trends and flag issues or opportunities for optimization to senior team members.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital production, conversion design, or marketing operations (agency or nonprofit experience a plus). Basic proficiency with landing page builders, CMS tools, or donation platforms (WordPress, Classy, HubSpot, Unbounce, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, admin‑heavy execution work.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, templates, and brand guidelines with consistency.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Understanding of mobile‑first design principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfort working with tracking links, UTMs, and simple conversion setups.
  • Strong organizational skills, including file management, documentation, and version control.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly about requirements and timelines.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting A/B tests, CRO workflows, or nonprofit fundraising pages.
