About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Team Manager to lead a 20-person multi-cloud operations team supporting AWS, Azure, and GCP. This is a highly operational, hands-on leadership role responsible for the stability, reliability, troubleshooting, and performance of critical cloud services.

The Cloud Team Manager will serve as the primary escalation point for complex cloud incidents and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 20-person cloud operations team in a multi-cloud environment.
• Oversee cloud operations, infrastructure deployments, governance, and cost management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud and operational incidents.
• Ensure stability, reliability, troubleshooting, and performance of cloud services.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure infrastructure and application deployments meet delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and other IT departments.
• Support global stakeholders with coverage aligned to US business hours.
• Cloud Environment
• Customer uses AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Primary platforms are Azure and AWS, with GCP as a smaller footprint.
• Uses a wide variety of services across each cloud platform.
  
  

• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure (multi-cloud experience is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing teams in a similar-sized environment.
• Experience as a Cloud Manager.
• Cloud architecture experience.
• FinOps experience (cloud cost management).
