Our Wealth Management - Priority Banking is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Branches Nationwide in the role of Client Relationship Officer.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting EastWests Priority Banking business by managing front-line interactions with Priority Clients. You will assist with routine transactions and serve as the key coordinator between Relationship Managers, Retail Banking Store Sales Officers, and Sales Support teams. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated banking experience for our high-net-worth clients.

What The Role Will Entail

• Support the Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service by assisting in handling customers from different business parties and finding the right solutions for customers
• Serve as the main contact point of customer support functions to ensure smooth account operations
• Build relationships with customers and respond to account or operational-related concerns
• Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance requirements
  
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
• Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
• Customer-focused and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
