Reports to: Client Intelligence Manager


Overview:

myScout is looking for an entry-level, but driven Client Intelligence Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for verifying lead data by phone and online research to determine what companies throughout the United States use staffing services. This is a remote role, suited for someone confident on the phone, ability to work at a fast pace, organized, and excited about startup culture. Attendance is critical for this role as you will be measured regularly on high-volume performance and metrics – call offs will impact your measured metrics. This is not a sales position but will require gathering specific data through outbound phone calls and research.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to companies to confirm staffing usage.
  • Identify staffing departments and gather contact data for decision-makers.
  • Research information online (Google, LinkedIn, company websites, etc) to validate contact records.
  • Gather additional information such as what types of jobs do they use staffing for, how often they use, what staffing companies they have used, etc.
  • Research personal insights on staffing decision makers through a variety of social media platforms.
  • Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and myScout platform.
  • Communicate any lead issues to the Manager for re-verification.
  • Respond to clients through chat, email, and/or phone promptly to resolve issues, answer questions, or correct inaccuracies. Corrections must be made within 24 hours.
  • Answer inbound calls coming into the myScout main phone line.


Qualifications:
  • Friendly and professional phone presence.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with web-based research and data entry.
  • Fast learner, willing to be coached, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a good record of attendance in previous roles.


Preferred Experience:
  • Call center, customer service, telemarketing, recruiting or similar experience where you made outbound calls is a must.
  • High Volume outbound call experience a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the staffing industry is helpful but not required – we will train.
Performance Metrics:
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day from a list of companies provided to you. Could be up to 300 outbound calls a day with use of an auto dialer.
  • 10+ verified contacts entered daily.
  • 95%+ data accuracy rate of data researched, make ongoing calls as needed to ensure the information we are providing customers is 95% accurate.
  • Daily and Weekly review of performance and coaching sessions.
