Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and/or emails from candidates and provide resolution to their questions and issues.
  • Update clear and accurate candidate notes on the internal database.
  • Take ownership of hitting key performance objectives on first time resolution, average handling time and speed of answer
  • Providing feedback to ensure a cycle of ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Proven customer service experience or related work experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing customer needs.

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
