Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:

Submission Clearance

Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance

Compliance

Auto

Other operations, as needed

• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed

Education

Bachelor’s degree
