Fixed Term: 6 months w/ project completion bonus, possible extension if good performance

Your Role:

About the role


As a Business Development Representative, youll be responsible for proactively contacting pharmacies, identifying their digital needs, and selling MedAdvisors pharmacy websites. Youll manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through to close—while building strong relationships and positioning MedAdvisor as a trusted partner.


Youll combine strong product knowledge with an understanding of the pharmacy landscape to clearly demonstrate how a professional website can drive customer engagement, services uptake, and business growth.

Youll be supported by an experienced team and the right tools and systems to aid your success.



Key objectives

  • Represent MedAdvisor Websites confidently and professionally, clearly articulating the value of our pharmacy websites
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through consistent outbound activity and pipeline management
  • Generate new business opportunities by calling existing and prospective pharmacy customers
  • Build and execute a structured call plan, using data and insights to refine your approach supported by a mature ERP
  • Develop strong relationships with pharmacy owners and managers to support long-term customer success


Key responsibilities

  • Proactively call pharmacies to introduce MedAdvisor Websites and qualify sales leads
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Deliver engaging product presentations that clearly show how our websites support pharmacy growth
  • Accurately record activity, opportunities, and outcomes in the ERP/CRM
  • Prepare quotes aligned to customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while upholding MedAdvisors brand standards


Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound phone-based sales
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Confidence presenting digital or service-based solutions in a consultative way
  • Experience using ERP/CRM and sales management tools


Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience selling to pharmacies, healthcare, or small businesses
  • Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling digital products such as websites, SaaS, or marketing solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office/365
  • Experience using Zoho
