About the Role – Business Development Manager (Influencer Manager)

We are seeking an Influencer Manager to own and nurture relationships with affiliates on our platform. You will focus on partner acquisition, onboarding, approvals, and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all affiliates.

As the primary point of contact for affiliates, you will work closely with the Project Manager to drive platform growth and optimize affiliate performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, outreach to, and recruit affiliates and bloggers to drive partner acquisition.
• Present affiliate offers and value propositions to activate partners effectively.
• Onboard new affiliates and guide them through platform setup.
• Review affiliate applications and offer requests.
• Manage ongoing affiliate relationships, including:
• Responding promptly to inquiries.
• Supporting affiliates with offers, tracking, payouts, and performance optimization.
• Resolving operational and technical issues.
• Maintain affiliate engagement and retention through consistent communication.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on offer setup and platform improvements.
• Track affiliate activity and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, or business development.
• Solid understanding of CPA-based affiliate models and platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound requests efficiently.
• High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
