Bookkeeper – Yardi Voyager

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Yardi Voyager. Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and factoring industry is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Yardi Voyager.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support accounting operations related to merchant cash advances and factoring transactions, when applicable.
  
  
  

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required).
• Yardi Voyager experience is required.
• Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and/or factoring industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
