Key Responsibilities Daily

• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Process and reconcile fuel payment disbursements
• Enter and process vendor bills (manual entry and file uploads)
• Review and code company credit card transactions, including expense and tax coding
  
  

Weekly

• Review vendor bill variances
• Assist with three-way matching (PO, item receipt, vendor bill)
• Support job costing and cost allocation through system uploads
• Prepare customer documentation for rental and rent-to-buy agreements
  
  

Monthly

• Process and reconcile monthly customer subscription charges
• Reconcile and prepare payment for main international supplier (China)
• Support intercompany transactions across 4 subsidiaries in NetSuite
• Prepare and clean intercompany reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close, including:
• Accruals
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepayment releases (automated in NetSuite)
• Populate BAS return spreadsheet for review and lodgement
  

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or assistant accounting roles
• Strong understanding of:
• Accounts payable
• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Xero, etc.)
• Comfortable working with multiple entities and intercompany transactions
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  

Nice to Have

• NetSuite experience
• Experience with job costing
• Exposure to international suppliers
• BAS or GST experience
  
  

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
