We are seeking a BIM Technician as we take on interesting large-scale projects. Working on technically complex and challenging projects within the building industry, BIM Technician will be involved in BIM Modelling as well as collaboration with relevant teams.

• Design and documentation of projects in 3D Revit companion applications
• Acting as the key interface between engineering and modelling staff
• Responsible for assigned tasks and projects
• Deliver engineered work to overseeing engineers and clients in accordance with client briefs
• Professional Team member
• Working primarily in electrical services, however working as required in other building services including mechanical, fire, and hydraulics services, commensurate with a multidisciplinary building services practice.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP for the 3D design, documentation, and spatial coordination of your specific discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, or Fire).
• Ability to develop models and documentation up to LOD 300 (or as defined by the project BIM Execution Plan / client requirements).
• Ability to interpret engineering redlines, sketches, and design intent to produce accurate 3D models and 2D drawing sheets.
• Experience coordinating models with internal engineering teams and external consultants using cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Multi-disciplinary capabilities, with the ability to model a secondary building service (e.g., an electrical modeller who can also handle fire protection layouts) to support cross-discipline workflows.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks Manage for running clash detection and resolving interdisciplinary spatial conflicts.
• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards (such as AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 2293, AS/NZS 3500, etc.).
• Experience creating, modifying, and managing parametric Revit families and templates.
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift - AU client)

• Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
• Candidates are expected to have a disctraction free and dedicated workspace at home
• Minimum requirement of 20MBPS for both download and upload speed (internet connection)
