We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to focus on the US market. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the internal sales team — not to close deals.

This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email, and other outreach channels, targeting decision-makers in organizations that may benefit from IT and enterprise systems services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research, identify, and build targeted account lists within the US market (and other regions as needed).
  • Qualify leads based on the defined ideal customer profile and qualification criteria.
  • Maintain and update accurate prospect and account records in CRM or tracking tools.

Outbound Calling & Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to decision-makers and influencers within the IT services and enterprise systems space.
  • Initiate conversations to uncover high-level business needs and pain points.
  • Follow structured call scripts and messaging frameworks while adapting to prospect responses.

Appointment Setting

  • Secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Confirm meeting details (date, time, platform, participants) and update CRM and calendar systems accordingly.
  • Proactively follow up on reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows to maximize rebooking opportunities.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, active conversations, and scheduled meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activity and performance metrics (calls made, connections, meetings set, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Share market feedback, including objections, trends, and competitor insights, with the sales team and management.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, qualification criteria, and meeting standards.
  • Participate in onboarding and training to develop a strong understanding of the companys services and value proposition.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Mid-level: 3-5+ years
  • Senior-level: 5+ years
  • Experience in outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or lead generation roles.
  • Preferably within IT services, software, SaaS, or technology-related industries.
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings and achieving activity-based targets.

Skills

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills, comfortable engaging with US-based clients.
  • Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Strong research skills to identify relevant accounts and decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical or IT concepts at a functional level.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing CRM records and follow-ups.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Comfortable using VOIP systems, email platforms, calendars, and spreadsheets.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience working with US-based clients or within US time zones.
  • Background in IT services, enterprise integration, or B2B technology offerings.
  • Experience working in outsourced or offshore setups.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of outbound calls and touchpoints per day/week
  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • Meeting show rate
  • Conversion metrics (appointments from calls, qualified leads from total contacts)
  • Accuracy and quality of CRM documentation and reporting

Work Schedule:

  • 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila Time (Monday - Friday)

Work Location:

  • Work From Home
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 50 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
