About The Role

McCann Philippines is looking for an Associate Business Unit Head to lead one of our core business units.

You will own the commercial performance, client partnerships, and creative effectiveness of a major portfolio within the agency. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance business growth, margin discipline, and people leadership, while championing work that is culturally relevant and business‑driving.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commercial accountability.

What You’ll Lead

  • Business & Revenue Growth
    • Grow existing client business and identify organic opportunities.
    • Lead new‑business prospecting, pitch strategy, and win plans.
    • Own pricing, scoping, and margin health across the business unit.
    • Ensure contracts, LOAs, MSAs, and approvals are accurate and in place.
  • Client Leadership
    • Build trusted, senior‑level client partnerships.
    • Translate client needs into clear strategic direction for teams.
    • Lead high‑stakes planning, presentations, and major initiatives.
    • Maintain strong client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
  • Product & Creative Effectiveness
    • Champion work that is creatively strong, culturally resonant, and effective.
    • Ensure ideas are grounded in insight, strategy, and real business impact.
    • Raise the standard of thinking, craft, and delivery across disciplines.
  • People & Culture
    • Develop high‑performing, inclusive teams.
    • Coach and grow future leaders within the business unit.
    • Build a culture of clarity, accountability, and psychological safety.
    • Live and model McCann’s values in everyday leadership.

  • Strong track record in client leadership, revenue growth, and margin management.
