Job Summary

The Associate Administrative Coordinator provides basic, routine administrative and clerical support to a team or department. This entry-level role focuses on foundational office tasks under direct supervision, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of daily operations. This position is key to maintaining an organized and effective work environment, supporting Allegro's mission by enabling team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles fundamental office duties such as answering and directing phone calls, sorting and distributing mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Performs routine data entry, copying, scanning, and filing of documents to maintain organized and accessible records.
  • Assists with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for the team or department.
  • Monitors and maintains inventory of office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure availability.


Qualifications

  • Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
  • Basic knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
