PPC seeks an experienced Instructor/Trainer to provide comprehensive training services to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Intelligence and Security Directorate (G2). You will support the ARNG and its strategic partners by providing specialized Intelligence Operations and security training tailored to the unique needs of their units and personnel. This support includes designing and conducting training programs that focus on Intelligence equipment and systems, analysis, interpretation, and application of Intelligence in various training and operational contexts. You will support the ARNG and its partners to train personnel and units to collect, process, evaluate and exploit, and disseminate Intelligence effectively by leveraging the latest techniques and tools and enhancing abilities to make informed decisions during both training exercises and real-world operations. You will contribute to the mission by continually improving the content and quality of intelligence training. Your work will directly enhance the effectiveness of Soldiers across the ARNG.
The ARNG G-2 operates in a dynamic and complex operational environment. Military Intelligence and security play a critical role in enabling situational awareness, decision-making, and modernization across all phases of operations. Looking toward 2030 and beyond, ARNG G-2 will modernize capabilities and optimize Intelligence Operations to maintain flexibility and adaptability. This transformation ensures the ARNG provides a robust General Intelligence Security (GIS) framework to identify vulnerabilities, ensure security, and safeguard sensitive information. The GIS programs include Personnel Security (PERSEC), INFOSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), and Foreign Disclosure (FD).
Responsibilities / Duties
- Design and conduct training programs that focus on Intelligence equipment and systems, analysis, interpretation, and application of Intelligence in various training and operational contexts.
- Train personnel and units to collect, process, evaluate and exploit, and disseminate Intelligence effectively by leveraging the latest techniques and tools and enhancing abilities to make informed decisions during both training exercises and real-world operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs, formal Programs of Instruction (POIs), devices, materials, content, curriculum, and reports across Multiple-Intelligence disciplines, including Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). These deliverables will support various projects, systems, subsystems, hardware, software, processes, and non-system-specific mission tasks. Training methods may include Mobile Training Teams (MTT), classroom/virtual environments, interactive multimedia, and other types of content as dictated by ARNG G-2 program requirements.
- Leverage existing training programs (e.g., the Army Foundry Intelligence Training) Program, to develop and deliver training.
- Develop and deliver Intelligence Collection, Intelligence Processing, Intelligence Dissemination, and Intelligence Analysis training to enhance the proficiency of ARNG and mission partner personnel processing, analyzing of data, and effectively distributing Intelligence products across the intelligence disciplines, platforms, and stakeholders.
- Develop, integrate, and support training aids/devices, system/computer resource training (Simulator enabled and/or resident) for end-user training.
- Plan, support, and conduct proof of concepts, demonstrations, and training events for ARNG G-2 and its strategic partners. The contractor shall perform CONUS and OCONUS training for DoD/ARNG Intelligence systems deployed under this TO, or HUMINT previously developed and fielded Intelligence systems and other capabilities as required. For example, under the Federated Intelligence Program, ARNG G-2 has strategic partnerships with Combatant Commands (COCOMS).
- Provide all training material and instructors for these classes.
- Train Soldiers, civilians, and contractors in collecting and exploiting Publicly Available Information (PAI), OSINT reporting, dissemination, and coordination or cueing other Intelligence disciplines.
- Provide training services to Cyberspace, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and All-Source Intelligence exercise support for major training events. This training includes Intelligence events such as States training exercises and unit rotations through National Training Center (NTC) and other combat training centers as part of the readiness evaluation of ARNG units.
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- TOP SECRET (SCI eligible) Security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience (or 15 years in lieu of degree)
- At least 7 years of intelligence experience
- At least 3 years of instruction/training experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 15+ years of applicable experience (combination of intel + training)
- Instructional System Design (ISD) experience
- Documented military Training Experience/Certification
