Job Overview

PPC seeks an experienced GEOINT Analyst to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Intelligence and Security Directorate (G2). This role involves conducting GEOINT and all-source intelligence analysis to provide geospatial database management, including the creation of visual representations of geospatial data. The SME will develop and plan for GEOINT products required for intel planning and exercises and maintain database and stock of relevant geospatial products. You will contribute to Multi-Intelligence (Multi-INT) efforts aimed at increasing the operational readiness of U.S. Army tactical units. Your work will directly enhance the effectiveness of Intelligence Soldiers across the ARNG.

The ARNG G-2 operates in a dynamic and complex operational environment. Military Intelligence and security play a critical role in enabling situational awareness, decision-making, and modernization across all phases of operations. Looking toward 2030 and beyond, ARNG G-2 will modernize capabilities and optimize Intelligence Operations to maintain flexibility and adaptability. This transformation ensures the ARNG provides a robust General Intelligence Security (GIS) framework to identify vulnerabilities, ensure security, and safeguard sensitive information. The GIS programs include Personnel Security (PERSEC), INFOSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), and Foreign Disclosure (FD).

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to provide geospatial intelligence and database management,
  • Creation of visual representations of geospatial data.
  • Develop and plan for GEOINT products required for intel planning and exercises.
  • Maintain database and stock of relevant geospatial products.
  • Provide PED analysis and data processing services for both structured and unstructured information,
  • Assist Soldiers, civilians, and contractors in Army Intelligence roles to conduct critical tasks in research, collection, production, exploitation, and dissemination of Multi-Intelligence products, as needed.
  • Intelligence exploitation shall include OSINT in support of other Intelligence disciplines, such as All-Source Intelligence, SIGINT, GEOINT, CI, HUMINT, MASINT, and ACINT, as well as specialized skills (e.g., open source support to counter terrorism, cyber threat analysis, cyber operations, information operations, and other disciplines) that may develop.
  • Perform data analytics services to assist with after action reviews. These services shall include but are not limited to data analysis, assessments of current systems, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, enterprise decision management, data visualization, and data dissemination.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • TOP SECRET (SCI eligible) Security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree + 10 years of experience (or 15 years in lieu of degree)
  • At least 5 years GEOINT-specific experience with remainder of experience in related intelligence discipline (all-source, analysis, collection, other INT)
  • OSINT experience
  • PED experience
  • Familiarization with GEOINT Databases and repositories

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15 years of experience
