Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Archicad Drafter to support the documentation of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves preparing accurate and compliant drawings for Development Applications (DA), Complying Development Certificates (CDC), and Construction Certificates (CC) in accordance with Australian regulations and standards

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using Archicad
• Produce documentation for DA, CDC, and CC submissions
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Australian codes, standards, and local council requirements
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to meet deadlines
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Archicad (essential)
• Experience in architectural drafting for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects
• Good understanding of Australian building regulations and standards
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred:

• Previous experience preparing DA, CDC, and CC documentation
• Knowledge of NSW planning requirements (desirable)
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM (Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Candidates are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
