Potential Employment Arrangement: Contract / Retainer with identified number of hours per week (20-25 hours per week)

Duration of Initial Contract: 9 Months

Location: Based in Philippines/China/APAC Countries

Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin is a must; fluency in any other language is a plus

Target countries for partnerships expansion: South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan

Travel Requirements: This role will require moderate travel and/or field visits. Expect domestic and cross-country travel/field visits of up to a week every 6 weeks.

Scope of Responsibilities

Nonprofit Partnerships Expansion and Management

• Develop and execute strategies to onboard and engage with nonprofit partners across key locations in APAC like China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, etc.
• Connect with identified nonprofits to understand their programs and interventions, explore volunteering opportunities and offerings (in-kind donations, offsite volunteer support, virtual assets), and onboard them to Gooderas platform
• Develop and execute strategies to onboard and engage with nonprofit partners across APAC to enable the execution of employee volunteering programs across different formats (e.g., outdoor, virtual, in-office, kiosk)
• Manage the day-to-day relationships and communications with APAC-based nonprofit partners, serve as their primary contact, maintain positive relationships, and handle inquiries
• Implement outreach strategies and present recommendations to expand Goodera’s community of nonprofit partners

Nonprofit Engagement

• Conduct community visits to understand needs and co-create impactful and engaging volunteering programs
• Engage key partners to design and implement volunteering programs for new and existing offerings
• Obtain feedback and impact measurement data from nonprofit organizations to demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative impact of volunteering projects
• Assess and report on the performance of partnerships, offering insights and strategies for mutual growth

Volunteering Experience Auditing & Improvements

• Attend volunteering events organized by Goodera and other organizations to gather insights and help enhance Goodera-hosted volunteering experiences
• Ideate and recommend innovative approaches or new project themes aligned with nonprofit needs
• Collect feedback, testimonials, and impact data from nonprofit organizations to demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative results of volunteering initiatives

Capacity Building

• Define and document best practices for nonprofit partnerships and engagement aimed at building more robust, sustained relationships with key partners
