Job Summary

The Analytics Specialist supports Clients nonprofit clients by ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across all paid media channels. This role is highly detail-oriented and operational, responsible for managing analytics administration, maintaining dashboards, executing recurring reporting tasks, and supporting data hygiene across platforms. The Analytics Specialist works closely with account coordinators, account managers, and other specialists to ensure our largest clients receive reliable insights that drive mission-aligned performance.

Essential Job Functions

  • Build, update, and QA recurring performance reports across Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid media platforms. Maintain and troubleshoot dashboards in Looker Studio, NinjaCat, or similar reporting tools.
  • Pull, clean, and organize campaign data to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating tracking, UTMs, naming conventions, and platform integrations.
  • Support Tier 1 account teams with administrative analytics tasks such as tagging, pixel checks, conversion setup reviews, and attribution consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance for anomalies and flag issues to media and strategy teams.
  • Maintain internal documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting templates.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis requests, including donor funnel snapshots, audience performance summaries, and creative testing results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of new clients by setting up reporting environments and ensuring data readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, paid media operations, or a similar role. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing repetitive, data-heavy administrative tasks.
  • Ability to QA data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain clean reporting environments.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and translate data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit KPIs, donor funnels, and mission-driven performance metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with NinjaCat or similar reporting platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves basic data discrepancies, tracking issues, and reporting errors. Uses logical thinking to troubleshoot platform inconsistencies and escalate more complex issues appropriately.
  • Organization & Time Management: Manages recurring reporting cycles, deadlines, and administrative tasks with consistency. Prioritizes workload effectively and keeps documentation, templates, and data sources well‑structured.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with media, strategy, and account teams to support reporting needs. Communicates clearly, asks clarifying questions when needed, and ensures alignment on data expectations and deliverables.
