Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with Salmon’s business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycles from initial outreach and proposal to contract execution and performance tracking.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with external partners, ensuring shared success and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Manager, ALDI Sales Lead, and Operations teams to develop integrated partnership initiatives.
• Uploading all pertinent documents in CRM and monitoring contract signed to store activations.
• Represent Salmon in industry events, partner meetings, and business forums.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership models within the fintech and financing sectors.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
• Familiarity with fintech, lending, or financial services preferred.
