A confidential financial technology organization is looking for a strategic and hands-on AI leader to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead the design, scaling, and operationalization of AI-powered solutions across customer engagement, operational efficiency, analytics, and decision intelligence.

What You’ll Lead

• Enterprise AI strategy, governance, and capability development
• Cross-functional AI enablement initiatives spanning operations, customer experience, risk, and commercial functions
• AI platform architecture including MLOps, LLMOps, automation pipelines, and scalable deployment standards
• Development of next-generation AI products and intelligent internal tools
• Executive-level reporting on AI adoption, value realization, and transformation progress
• Vendor and technology ecosystem collaboration for emerging AI capabilities
  
  
  

• Extensive leadership experience in AI, data, or enterprise technology
• Track record delivering AI transformation at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of machine learning operations, generative AI, and cloud-based data ecosystems
• Experience in regulated environments with strong governance and compliance requirements
