What You’ll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for the below:

• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses and liabilities
• Ensure that payables are paid within company and payment terms guidelines
• Initiate vendor and/or internal business follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate processing of open invoices
• Ensure adherence to companys procurement, accounts payable, and
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities through independent or collaborative research/investigation
• Monitor supplier setup requests to ensure that we only transact with approved suppliers
• Ensure that all daily/weekly Netsuite imports are loaded in a timely and accurate manner (bills, bill credits, vendors, and bank details).
• Complete monthly and quarterly duties for accounting month-end close and financial reporting, as assigned

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
