Our client is a preowned luxury fashion tech company, that enables brands and retailers to buy & sell used goods through innovation and technology. They have developed a unique Resale as a Service solution utilized by the world’s largest retailers, and are also a global distributor (B2B player) of pre-owned luxury fashion for businesses. They currently have offices and warehouses in Portugal, Estonia, US, China, Japan, and the Philippines. They foster curiosity, by continuously providing our team members with avenues to explore, experiment, innovate and disrupt the current luxury resale model in a nutshell, that is our essence.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B clients (retailers and boutiques) ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and opportunities for business growth are maximized. Your role will involve developing account strategies, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing visibility, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Success in this role requires strong analytical acumen, client management expertise, and a profound understanding of the product and market dynamics.

Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MNL Time with flexibility required to attend early morning or late night calls depending on the need

What you’ll do

Account Strategy & Business Planning

• Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies for assigned wholesale clients to support global channel growth.
• Conceptualize and lead tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Align wholesale assortment planning with client procurement strategies to maximize sales performance, protect margins, and ensure healthy stock turnover (sell-through) for our clients.

Seasonal Performance & Strategic Planning

• Conduct in-depth analysis of seasonal performance and sell-through data to identify missed opportunities and develop action plans for future assortments.
• Leverage seasonal insights to refine account strategies, ensuring future orders are optimized for maximum sales and healthy inventory turnover.

Competitive & Pricing Analysis

• Perform competitive audits across partners with low conversion to refine pricing strategies and improve performance.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing models, and promotional tactics to adapt effectively and maintain market edge.

Data-Driven Insights & Consumer Behavior Analysis

• Leverage tools such as page view reports, search term data, traffic analytics, and SKU performance metrics to understand customer buying behavior.
• Identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs to optimize product assortment and positioning.

Commercial Curation & Assortment Strategy

• Maximize wholesale appeal by merging data-driven insights with a keen eye for retail trends and boutique-specific preferences to curate high-performing collections.
• Monitor market fluctuations and product lifecycles to optimize product positioning, ensuring our physical stock remains competitive and perfectly aligned with clien demand and seasonal shifts.

Cross-Functional Project Management

• Lead and oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and departmental collaboration are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to execute high-impact projects and align with business goals as well as balancing price, product assortment, promotions, and operational efficiencies.

Market Intelligence & Business Development

• Stay current with market trends, customer preferences, emerging platforms, and competitive dynamics.
• Provide actionable insights to the wider business to support strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.

Client Management & Revenue Growth

• Manage top-tier wholesale clients with a focus on achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as the key liaison and trusted advisor for all business matters.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• +5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or fashion retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales and growth in a wholesale channel, with multiple clients.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI and reporting tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management abilities and a knack for juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinker who aligns decisions and actions with the organization’s broader business goals and demonstrates a clear understanding of market dynamics and financial impact.
