Location: Work From Home – Manila and Metro Only

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT

Salary: 70.000 PHP - 120.000 PHP a month (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Marketing and Sales function, supporting the Head of Global Marketing and regional Business Development Managers.


This is a focused, strategic position sitting between Marketing and Sales to turn priority account lists into structured engagement plans and real pipeline impact. Your key tasks will include:

  • Identify and prioritize strategic target accounts across the UK, AU, and US markets.
  • Develop structured, insight-led ABM engagement plans for named prospects.
  • Map buying committees and tailor messaging to key decision-makers across priority sectors.
  • Execute targeted multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, digital) to drive account penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to align outreach and accelerate opportunities.
  • Create account-specific sales enablement materials to support deal progression.
  • Track engagement and influenced pipeline performance to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with hands-on ABM ownership
  • Proven collaboration with Sales or Business Development teams
  • Experience with US, UK or AU markets.
  • Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder buying environments
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong written English and confident stakeholder communication
  • High organizational ability across multiple global regions


Bonus Points For

  • Experience in construction, building products, architecture, manufacturing, or specification-led sectors
  • Comfort with modern digital tools and data-driven performance reporting
