ABA Note Review Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable ABA Data Entry & Note Review Specialist to support our team with reviewing clinical notes and maintaining accurate records within our system. The ideal candidate has experience working in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field, possesses strong English communication and vocabulary skills, and is comfortable learning and using proprietary software.

Key Responsibilities

• Review ABA session notes for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
• Enter and update client information and treatment data accurately
• Ensure notes meet internal documentation standards and requirements
• Identify and flag missing information, inconsistencies, or errors for correction
• Maintain organized and confidential records
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding documentation concerns
• Perform general data entry and administrative support tasks as assigned
• Meet productivity and quality standards while handling sensitive information
  
  
  

• Previous experience working in an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) setting is highly preferred
• Experience reviewing ABA therapy notes or clinical documentation is an advantage
• Strong English comprehension, vocabulary, and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  
  
  

• Experience using RETHINK is preferred; however, candidates who can quickly learn proprietary systems are encouraged to apply.
