About the Role – Content Specialist

As a Content Specialist, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality control of Knowledge Base (KB) and process-related content. You will play a key role in ensuring that internal teams have clear, accurate, and up-to-date guidance to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank KB Updates & Maintenance

• Review incoming update requests
• Clarify requirements with Business Analysts
• Update Knowledge Base (KB) articles
• Ensure content accuracy, completeness, and alignment
• Publish and monitor updates

Agent Communications

• Create and update agent announcements related to Bank process changes
• Ensure communications are clear, complete, and aligned with KB updates

Chatbot & Process Content Support

• Assist in chatbot and content updates related to Bank KB and process changes

Quality Control

• Perform content quality checks to ensure:
• Completeness
• Consistency
• Correct formatting
• Accurate links and references
• Readiness for agent use

Tracking & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of updates, clarifications, and releases
• Ensure version control and structured documentation standards

Required Qualifications:

Process & Product Understanding

• Strong ability to understand operational processes and translate updates into clear, agent-facing guidance.

Attention to Detail

• High level of accuracy in formatting, version control, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ability to work effectively with Business Analysts, Creatio teams, Training, and other stakeholders.

Written Communication Skills

• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, structured, step-by-step instructions.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience using Knowledge Base tools (e.g., Confluence or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with ticketing or task tracking systems
• Exposure to chatbot content updates
• Experience in fintech, banking, or customer operations environments
