Senior Data And Analytics Applied AI Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics / Applied AI Lead.

Summary:

Were looking for a senior, hands on Data & Analytics and Applied AI professional to drive automation across healthcare revenue cycle data and analytics. This role partners closely with business and technology leadership to build scalable data and AI capabilities, with a strong focus on agentic AI enablement and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive automation across data ingestion, modeling, analytics, and applied AI
• Design and implement scalable data and AI architectures supporting RCM workflows
• Partner with leadership to ensure analytics and AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
• Build and operationalize agentic AI frameworks, orchestration patterns, and reusable components
• Establish guardrails for explainability, governance, and human in the loop controls
• Remain hands on with AI development, prototyping, and solution delivery
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior level experience in data, analytics, and applied AI roles
• Direct, hands on experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Strong Python skills and experience building production grade AI systems
• Experience designing or implementing agentic AI workflows and automation patterns
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or ontology driven systems
• Background enabling AI capabilities for internal teams
• Experience balancing innovation with governance in healthcare or financial services
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
